The data controller is Omega-API · P.IVA IT03931090363 · Italy. This policy explains what we process when you use the Service and the website.

2 · What we process

Omega-API is built to read structure, not meaning. By design it does not need to store your raw conversation text. What we process:

• Account data · email, organization, and authentication data needed to provide access.
• Structural signals · hashes, metrics, verdicts, and regime indicators derived from each turn.
• Usage data · token counts and timestamps, used for metering and billing.
• Site data · basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the website.

3 · Privacy modes

Three modes define what leaves your side and what stays local: FULL, REDACTED, and LOCAL. Billing is on token-count, not on content.

4 · What we do not do

• We do not train models on your conversations.
• We do not expose raw judge internals in dashboards.
• We do not sell your data.
• We do not replace or proxy your existing LLM stack.

5 · Legal basis

We process account and usage data to perform our contract with you, and limited technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Service.

6 · Retention

We keep account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal and accounting obligations. Structural logs are retained only as long as needed for the Service and diagnostics.

7 · Processors and sharing

We use infrastructure providers (such as hosting) acting as processors under appropriate agreements. We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

8 · Your rights

Under applicable EU law you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and may object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us.

9 · Security

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the data, including access controls, key-based authentication, and minimization (reading structure rather than content).

10 · International transfers

Where data is processed outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
