Terms of Service

1 · Acceptance

By creating an account or using Omega-API (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms for that organization.

2 · The Service

Omega-API is a structural judge for AI conversations. It receives a turn and returns a verdict (PROCEED, CLARIFY, STOP) and a regime indicator, based on the structure of the conversation. The Service is provided as an API and supporting dashboard.

3 · Beta status

The Service is in beta. It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features, limits, and pricing may change, and access is granted on approval and subject to fair use.

4 · Accounts and access

Access is granted per approved project, with an API key issued to you. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or revoke access for abuse, security risk, or breach of these Terms.

5 · Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to reverse engineer the judge or its internal method; probing, scanning, or overloading the infrastructure; using the Service to build a competing structural-judging product; or using it in violation of applicable law.

6 · Data and privacy

The Service is designed to read structure, not content. How we process data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7 · Intellectual property

Omega-API, its method, and the mechanism for carrying structural state between turns are the intellectual property of the provider and are protected, including by pending patents. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. No other rights are granted.

8 · Fees and billing

During beta, SHADOW access is free on approval. GUARD and OPERATOR plans are provided under separate commercial terms. Where fees apply, they are based on token usage and the plan agreed with you. Pricing specifics are communicated directly.

9 · Disclaimers

The Service returns a structural signal. It is not a guarantee of safety, correctness, or compliance, and it does not replace your own controls, review, or safety stack. You remain responsible for the decisions and actions your systems take.

10 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profit, arising from use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the Service in the period giving rise to the claim.

11 · Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

12 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Italy.
